For our system of user uploaded music and sounds to work, we have to encourage people to name their sounds so others can find it.

I don’t really share my sounds but I always forget you can name them 
To add on to your idea, I think it’s silly for it to be called an original sound when the majority of the time it’s not a user made sound.
