Video Quality Settings Changing

When I log out of my byte account and back in it changes my settings for video quality from Always Best to Smart and I have to keep changing it back. Only an issue because now I have 2 accounts so I switch back and forth.

I think it’s an automatic setting to lower the resolution to use lower data.

Even if I change it manually to always best? I understand the smart setting I just wish it wasn’t automatic so I didnt have to keep changing it I guess

Yea theres been a few times I’ve had to manually set it back and forth due to my service cutting in and out.

You might be experiencing issues because so many people are in quarantine and using these networks and putting them under pressure. But if you have had this problem before then it could be something intentional or a bug.
