Same notif from one person going on for hours

I honestly don’t know if this is a bug but I’ve been getting the same like notif for hours same guy. Just over and over and over.

This is the same notif of a like on the same byte by the same person repeatedly.

Either it’s a bug, or it’s a bot, or it’s a reaaaaally annoying person spamming you until you block or interact on their page

Sounds like they are liking / unliking a video or something. I didn’t know if byte sent notifications to people for a video if you repeatedly liked or unliked though so this theory could be wrong lol.
