Discord hype channel

So idk which member of the discord staff thought it would be a good idea to remove the hype channel, but I believe that this is a terrible decision. Because of this decision, we can no longer express our excitement for the app easily, since most hype is spammed, but honestly doesn’t fit in off topic.

Because of this, I believe this choice is hurtful towards the morale, pride, and patriotism of those of us who would like to express their anticipation for the app in a dedicated channel. If you agree, please vote yes on this poll to get back the hype channel

Honestly, I didn’t even know that they removed the hype category, I spend WAY more time here on the forums than on the discord😂

Bring back the hype, it isnt spam. If hype is a forum category it should be a discord channel too :sunglasses:

We don’t have a hype channel as such, but we do have one specifically for byte videos and our own version of spotlight where we feature bytes every week.

We also have collab channel in case you want to start a tag or collab with a group of byters.
