Byte teams...opinions

I am fine with you having a byte team, but ima weigh out the pros and cons:

pros

  1. shared followers
  2. easy collaberation
  3. share ideas
  4. group opinions can support your ideas
  5. branding

cons

  1. one person oofs (does something bad) and the group is at potential risk of bearing that hate
  2. arguments
  3. the group could steal ideas or lele pons you and delete your bytes and backstab you
  4. competition between the group
  5. people in the group acting up or thinking they are better than others

Honestly, its up to you, these are just a few examples.

I personally won’t be in a team.

Thanks!

Teams are good and I personally agree with the first con you have. Competition is good as long as it doesn’t go overboard. Its a good way to get closer to people you want to work with and help bounce off ideas from each other. The stealing ideas thing is iffy cause no one really has an original idea these days and even it is original, someones bound to steal it.

I agree, i think some original ideas exist, im just very judgemental when going into these teams, i cant trust people immediately

Thats why you communicate

I think if you make a close friend, and you make a team together it’s fine, but making a team with strangers definitely has its risks.

“ lele Pons you “ hahaha. I’m on the hermanos team rn. I want to try it out with a team and to see what happens. Not sure if it’s a bad or a good idea, I’m just learning.

the last 4 cons imply that you’re starting a team for the sake of starting a team

If i have friends and/or family that are willing to join a team, I think I should be able to trust them enough that they wouldn’t attempt to backstab me
